One of our other great assets is ingenuity and adaptability, and when it comes to expanding vote-by-mail programs, that quality is on full display....

The Mercer Island City Council members approved the ordinance 6-1 during a vote on Tuesday night, despite a number of objections and calls to at least find another solution. Councilmember Craig Reynolds was the only one to vote “no” on the motion. It is already illegal to camp in parks in Mercer Island—a city where the average home costs around $1.7 million—but the latest move from the council restricts people living outside or sleeping in their cars overnight....

Because cargo pants have so much detailing, from pockets to zippers to straps, pulling off the look can be tricky. Meredith Barnett, fashion editor at Lucky magazine, suggests pairing them with something simple, like a tank top. “For a more refined look,” she says, “stick with the full-length cargo pants instead of the Capri cut, add fun jewelry and either a pair of stilettos or a midsize heel.” Men should avoid anything fancy and go with the traditional baggy variety, pairing them with sandals or trainers....

An Upcoming Change for Outlook on the Web OnMSFT spotted the announcement of this feature on the Microsoft 365 Message Center. Right now, when you open Outlook for the web, you’ll notice that the sidebar on the left is a little sparse. It currently contains a few handy shortcuts, including a quick way to access your calendar or your Outlook contacts, but there’s not a great deal more going on....

The trickiest part of making the superflex decision is wrapping your brain around how fantasy scoring really works (and of course, your league could be different than the non-PPR, four-point passing TD leagues that we ranked for here). A very bad QB day in the 2020 NFL is 150 yards and a touchdown. That’s 10 fantasy points. In non-ppr scoring, that’s either 100 yards or 40 and a score for a skill-position player....

Fortunately, DFS is a weekly game, so at this point in the week, who cares about Week 10? We’re on to Week 11, and this is going to be a fun slate! Obviously, there’s nothing we can do about injured/idle receivers. If they’re out, they’re out, and that’s honestly better than having them leave early. The bigger worry for fantasy owners is the start ’em, sit ’em calls they’ll have to make on talented pass-catchers in favorable matchups with bad quarterbacks. Banged-up players are a constant worry this time of year, though, as teams that are out of contention will be extra careful with players and teams already ticketed for the playoffs will want to make sure they’re at full strength for the postseason. That means receivers like Kenny Golladay (@ Bears), DJ Chark (@ Vikings), and Julio Jones (vs. Saints) are questionable to suit up this week, and there are sure to be more late-week scratches....

First up is Jarvis Landry, who has only five catches on 10 targets for 52 yards in his past two games – both highly favorable matchups. Next is Golden Tate, who’s better than Landry (nine catches, 16 targets, 78 yards over the past two games) but still clearly disappointing. Next we have Larry Fitzgerald, who’s scored in four of five games but only has two catches apiece (six total targets) in his past two contests....

We stil don’t know who those four teams in the College Football Playoff will be. The next-to last set of College Football Playoff rankings will be unveiled on Tuesday, and it probably won’t match our latest bowl projections. That’s OK. My general stance would be to stand pat. In my one league that still plays with kickers, I own Brett Maher. He missed two field goals on Thanksgiving, but it doesn’t feel worth it to swap him out going forward. For any of our top-15 or so kickers, there’s really no reason to make a move (unless one of the top three is inexplicably available in your league or there are weather concerns)....

After watching James Conner and the Steelers on Sunday Night Football in Week 15, you might have a lot of questions about his usage. So do we. But he averaged 5.3 yards per carry, and as long as he doesn’t do anything to bother his shoulder, we’d expect him to get more runs in Week 16 against the Jets and keep up a similar efficiency. He’s also the type of guy who can catch at least a few passes, so you can rely on him in PPR....
