This backfield could be a mess if Moreno misses time. Montee Ball could step up, but he was benched for fumbling Sunday night. Fellow rookie C.J. Anderson got the carries with Moreno catching his breath, but it's hard to believe that he would get more carries than Ball and Ronnie Hillman, who has been a healthy scratch the past few games. We'd bet on Ball, but everyone could be in the mix.

Here's a look at other key fantasy football injuries from Week 12:

- Rams RB Zac Stacy was forced from the Week 12 game against the Bears with a concussion late in the second quarter and did not return. On the bright side for his fantasy football owners, Stacy rumbled his way to 87 yards and a touchdown on just 12 carries before exiting. The downside, of course, is that he could have done much more in what turned out to be a blowout of Chicago.

Stacy was replaced by Benny Cunningham , who toped 100 rushing yards and scored on a 9-yard run. Keep Cunningham close in case Stacy misses time, but also watch Isaiah Pead, who caught a 2-point conversion pass. We'll keep you updated on Stacy this week.

- Chargers RB Ryan Mathews left the game against the Chiefs in the third quarter with a hamstring injury and could not return. Mathews had actually been dealing with a tight right hamstring since Week 10, and this is apparently an aggravation of that injury. Before leaving, Mathews rushed 14 times for 55 yards and a touchdown. Expect more work for Danny Woodhead and even Ronnie Brown if Mathews misses time.

- Dolphins RB Daniel Thomas left the game against the Panthers in the third quarter with an apparent left ankle injury and did not return. Thomas had his leg bent awkwardly underneath him after catching a short pass and appeared to twist the ankle. This injury could finally be Lamar Miller's chance to take over as Miami's unquestioned feature back.

- Bucs CB Darrelle Revis missed the second half of the game against the Lions with a groin injury. He had done a good job of keeping Calvin Johnson relatively contained in the first half but was unable to come out for the second half. This would be a huge loss for a Bucs secondary that has been struggling aside from Revis. Tampa would be a much less intimidating fantasy matchup for No. 1 receivers with Revis out.

- Jets RB Chris Ivory revealed after Sunday's loss to the Ravens that he'll likely need an MRI on his injured ankle. Ivory said the injury happened on his first carry of the game, but he was able to play through it. That might explain why Ivory finished with just nine carries for 35 yards. Consider Ivory uncertain for Week 13 against the Dolphins; Bilal Powell   could be in for a heavy workload.
