My general stance would be to stand pat. In my one league that still plays with kickers, I own Brett Maher. He missed two field goals on Thanksgiving, but it doesn’t feel worth it to swap him out going forward. For any of our top-15 or so kickers, there’s really no reason to make a move (unless one of the top three is inexplicably available in your league or there are weather concerns).

It’s also the time of year we need to start looking out for weather. Justin Tucker in Buffalo could always be dicey, but you have to stick with Tucker barring a blizzard. Other obvious potential weather worries includes Kansas City-New England, Dallas-Chicago, and Washington-Green Bay. Cincinnati-Cleveland, Dolphins-Jets, and Giants-Eagles could get ugly, too.
